The Security of InternetCash™
At InternetCash™ we take security seriously. So seriously, in fact, that we decided to build a new Internet Payment Network offering digital signatures and PIN-protected transactions!
InternetCash™ is offering the only secure Pre-Paid Card in the world and, unique among all payment companies, is constructing a new grounds-up, proprietary Secure Internet Payment Network.
To that effect, our security, cryptography and electronic cash experts have designed and implemented a completely new payment infrastructure, with two goals in mind:
- Security, privacy and convenience for the Internet consumer
- Security and guaranteed payments for our merchants
In addition, we are implementing best security practices with hardware cryptographic devices, top-of-the-line firewalls, and intrusion and network detection systems.
 The InternetCash™ Secure Pre-Paid Card
For the Pre-Paid InternetCash™ Card, our flagship product, we did not spare any expense to make it as secure as possible. Our goals:
- The InternetCash™ card numbers are not stored in our database!
- We know it sounds strange, but it is true! Card numbers are generated on-the-fly using hardware cryptographic devices. And yes, this is military level security. No other pre-paid card is built this way.
- Every InternetCash™ card number is digitally signed.
- Yes, your 20 digit InternetCash™ number contains a digital signature.
- Therefore nobody can guess or steal your card numbers!
- Every purchase requires a PIN
- So even if you lose your card, nobody can steal your cash!

The InternetCash™ Payment Network
The InternetCash™ Payment Network is similar to the PIN-based ATM/Debit Networks that exist in the physical world, but it is even more secure: customers not only can enter a PIN for extra security, but in addition every payment is digitally signed.
The goals behind our payment network are:
- Merchants do not see the customers' card numbers and PINs. This means that:
- For customers: your cards cannot be stolen and your PIN is always secure!
- For merchants: no credit card-like requirements for storing data, no fears of losing card numbers to hackers, no employee fraud.
- Every transaction is PIN-protected
- Every payment is Digitally Signed. Therefore:
- For customers: You know what you are charged. Merchants cannot change the amount on you or charge you twice!
- For merchants: Transactions are non-repudiable, i.e., No Charge-backs!
This Network offers true payment security, in contrast to today's credit card networks. This eliminates the fraud that occurs today with stolen credit card numbers.
